30 Day Return Policy

• Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items in original packaging.

• Items that are used or otherwise not in new and sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Saber Tactical representative. If approved, a restocking fee of 15% applies.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned merchandise. Products should be packaged safely and securely, and insured. Any damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Any merchandise that has been tampered with, customized, or shows any sign of use will not be eligible for return.

• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive all eligible merchandise back to our facility.

• All credit card cancellations and/or refunds will be subject to 5% transaction fee to cover bank fees.

• Please note the reason for your return on a copy of your original invoice and include with your securely packaged items to the following address:

International Shipping / International Consumer Orders

As of 05/05/2025, Saber Tactical Inc. will no longer process or fulfill direct-to-consumer international orders. This policy adjustment is the result of recurring complications related to international customs regulations, including, but not limited to, import restrictions on airgun accessories, extended clearance delays, and an increased rate of package refusals and returns under local enforcement of prohibited goods classifications.

To ensure compliance with international trade laws and to uphold the integrity of our global distribution network, all customers located outside of the United States must now obtain Saber Tactical products exclusively through authorized international dealers or distributors.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and remain committed to making our products accessible worldwide through trusted partners who are equipped to navigate region-specific import requirements.

If your order is confiscated by your customs agency, Saber Tactical LLC is not responsible for the loss, nor will we reimburse you for the cost of the impounded products or their shipping cost.
